If you buy a Skill and it doesn't work for your business within 7 days of purchase, email us and we'll refund you. No long forms, no hoops. Just tell us what happened and we'll sort it out.
What's Covered
- Any individual Skill purchase ($5) or Skill Stack ($47 or higher) is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- If the Skill file doesn't work as described, you don't understand how to use it, or it's not a fit for your business — that's enough. We'll refund you.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
How to Request a Refund

- Your name and the email used at checkout
- Which Skill or Stack you purchased
- A brief note on why it didn't work for you (helps us improve)
We respond within one business day. No arguments, no guilt trips.
What's Not Covered
- Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the original purchase date.
- Free Starter Pack downloads (free, no charge — nothing to refund).
- Purchases where the buyer confirms they received and used the files and then disputes the charge without contacting us first — these are handled as fraud and reported to Stripe.
