1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from CrewLaunch.AI / AI Skills ("the Site"), operated by CrewLaunch.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any products.
2. Products — What You're Buying
CrewLaunch.AI sells digital AI skill files, prompt packs, and workflow instruction sets ("Skills"). These are digital information products delivered electronically. Skills are designed to work with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar AI assistants.
- Skills are sold as standalone digital downloads or bundled stacks.
- All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy.
- You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased Skills for your own business or personal use.
- Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of Skills is prohibited without written permission.
3. No Guarantee of Results
AI Skill files are tools, not guarantees. Results depend on how you use them, the AI tool you use them with, your business context, and many factors outside our control. CrewLaunch.AI makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, revenue, leads, reviews, or performance from using any Skill.
4. Approval-Gate Policy
All Skills are designed with an owner-approval workflow: drafts are produced for your review before anything is sent, published, or acted upon. It is your responsibility as the business owner to review all AI-generated outputs before using them with customers, partners, or the public. CrewLaunch.AI is not liable for any customer-facing action you take using Skill outputs.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Skills to generate spam, deceptive content, or illegal communications.
- Resell, repackage, or distribute purchased Skills as your own product without written permission.
- Use Skills in violation of any applicable law or the terms of service of any AI platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All Skill content, copy, design, and structure is owned by CrewLaunch.AI. Your purchase grants you a personal use license only. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property does not transfer.
7. Payment & Checkout
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. CrewLaunch.AI does not store your credit card information. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
8. Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email within 1–5 minutes of a confirmed purchase. If you do not receive your files within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at CrewLaunchAI@gmail.com.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewLaunch.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any Skill or the Site, including lost profits, lost customers, or business interruption.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
